The Keihanna New Industry Creation & Interactive Community Center is working towards the goal of economic growth through the promotion and development of local industry in the Kansai area. Together with the industrial and academic sectors, backed up by coordinators, expert volunteers and office personal we are tackling the task at full strength.

Developing various activities to foster superior results (seeds) of the research invented from universities and research laboratories in order to create new industry.

Business Matching Fairs and Intellectual Property

We hold business matching fairs in order to promote the transfer of intellectual properties accumulated at research laboratories and universities in the Keihanna Science City area to small and medium-sized enterp京阪奈新???出和交流中心rises and venture companies, with the objective of increasing intellectual property application. We aim for the creation of forming new industries through technological transmission across economic sectors and promote the formation of a "Keihanna Innovation Cluster", as a new industrial cooperative organization integrating the most advancing technologies and local industries.

Seeds Forum

This is an exchange meeting where universities and research laboratories present their technological seeds in front of enterprises for matching. The forum is held regularly so that the participating enterprises can see the latest technological seeds in the early stages in order to reach commercialization quickly.

Formation & Development of the Keihanna Innovative Triangles (KIT) Community

KIT is a human resource network that aims to create new industry in the Kansai Science City through the cooperation of "retainers of new technology and new commodities," "consumers" and "supporters of new industry". Aiming towards the utilization of the full potential of the Kansai Science City, KIT works on matching and support of market optimization by creating the seeds of new business.

This seminar is set up to discuss the various issues which can be problematic in business activity. Intended to support business administrators, the planning of corporate strategy and improvement of management skills are addressed.

Keihanna Science Cafe

By inviting knowledgeable guest speakers from the fields of science technology a friendly exchange meeting is offered where participants from different fields can actively discuss science technology.

Young Researchers Exchange Association

This is an association for young researchers from the universities, enterprises and research institutions located in the Science City to openly share opinions. We hope that through this association of young researchers and colleagues a research partnership will be born that can span the divide of business.

International Business Salon

This is an exchange center opened to support foreign researchers living and working in the area, to provide information for international business creation, and to help improve communication and correspondence.

Members are asked to assist with the purpose of the center through backing of the execution of business by a fixed amount in order to support the organization and the business activities at this center.
